When support rods are not carrying their share of the load, the load in balance is transferred to other component and support rods thus causing high stress concentrations, which lead to permanently deformed headers and an increased chance for tube weld cracking.

INTEGRA’s tooling methods weigh the individual rods to determine the supported loads at each location and a combined component load.  INTEGRA utilizes a multiple tooling set up to hydraulically balance or properly distribute the load as designed.

Our smallest tool has the capability to apply up to 87,000 pounds faster, safer and more accurately than any chain fall.
