Problem: Leaking flanges on accumulators

Summary: The Company was having problems with re-occurring leaks on 4 accumulators.  INTEGRA used hydraulic Torque Wrenches and their ECHO ™ Ultrasonic Monitoring service to tighten the heads, the piping flanges on the bottles, and the mix line on the head of the bottles, the nitrogen relief valves and the mating flanges on the accumulators.

Result: INTEGRA torqued and verified the load on all 4 accumulators and achieved a Leak Free Startup.
