Problem: General Maintenance Turnaround

Summary: During a planned turnaround a customer had some leaking Heat Exchangers and leaking flanges that he needed to take care of.

INTEGRA was requested to breakout and makeup heat exchangers in the PTR-3 unit and make up the HDC Unit.  Using Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners, Hydraulic Torque Wrenches and Nut Splitters, INTEGRA broke out studs on the bottom bell head and on the expansion joints of the heat exchangers, and made up studs on the bottom bell head, bottom expansion joints and all the flanges in the HDC unit.

Result: INTEGRA completed their portion of the work on time and leak free.
