Subsea Hydraulic Bolt Tensioning Equipment

Since the early 1980’s INTEGRA has been the leading provider of subsea tensioning equipment in the Gulf of Mexico. The Offshore Subsea environment demands tools that will be reliable, safe and easy to operate and the INTEGRA SEAStallion has been designed to meet these needs.

Seastallion™ Features
Scalloped Split Reaction Nut
Extended Piston Stroke
Piston Over-Stroke Prevention
Compact Design and Tool Range
High Bolt Loads & Simple Hose Connections

The unique SEAStallion Reaction Nut is scalloped for better grip and confident handling and is ideal for damaged nuts.

30mm Piston Stroke on the SS2 through the SS7 allows for tensioning on numerous flanges without retracting the ram.

Stroke Indicator on the ram allows for use of Maximum Stroke without over-stroking the ram or losing oil pressure.

Not only is the SEAStallion small and light, you only 4 tools to cover 1″ – 3-1/2″ sizes and 7 tools to cover the full range of flange sizes.

Maximum Operating Pressure of 21,750-psi with dual ports to eliminate the need for a tee block.

VIPER™ Features
Simultaneous bolting. Topside or subsea.
VIPER™ Simultaneous Bolting System has proven performance in the industry.

The innovative and field-proven VIPER™ ROV Simultaneous Bolting System was developed from the industry need to greatly increase the speed and accuracy of ROV bolting. With boat and ROV costs at a premium, the VIPER™ system provides significant returns by decreasing the bolting execution time from days to a few hours – no matter how many bolts are being loaded simultaneously.

When operated by ROV on the Gulf of Mexico pipeline repair clamp at 3500ft water depth, the entire bolting procedure took under 6 hours.

Patented – US Patent #7,673,849 and Worldwide.

Decommissioning & Subsea Cutting

The Claw logo

The Claw™: 40-Ton Grapple

The Claw™ by INTEGRA Technologies has been designed to pick up debris from the ocean floor. Hydraulic powered claws can pinch, pull or drag heavy objects and pick up multiple pieces of debris at the same time.

The Claw™ Features
Accompanying Power Unit
Versatile Attachment
Large Size and Load Capacity
No need for slings

connected by means of umbilical hoses running from the power unit to the hydraulic powered hose reel.

Can be fitted to provide a point where material handling equipment can connect to the object for movement.
Can also be used as a point for tie down, allowing heavy items to be held firmly in place with the use of ropes or chains.

Maximum load is rated to 40 tons. With a hydraulic power requirement of 2500psi, The Claw™ can pick up objects with a diameter of 0″ – 48″

Allows the diver to stay away from fallen, unstable wreckage.

The SCORPION™ Shear provides a fast and safe option for removing structures in decommissioning projects offshore.

SCORPION™ Shear Features
Complete Package

Durable and easy to use cutting up to 24” diameter structures in 9 seconds.

Once the diver has guided the shear into place, control of the shear is taken over topside allowing the diver to move to a safe area while the cutting in taking place.

The shear package comes with a diesel power pump and hydraulic reel with 500ft umbilicals.

Weighing in at 12,500 lbs and 18″ x 14′ x 7′, the SCORPION™ Shear can be used to shear items such as 1-Beams, Hand-Rails, Conductors, Pipelines, Tubings, and Casings.

BTC™ Undersea Cutting System Features
FastROV Friendly

The remotely controlled system that is highly efficient, hydraulically driven, and uses diamond wire for cutting structures above or below water.

Installed and monitored by divers or by an ROV, the wire speed, cutting rate, and clamp pressure, and flow rate are all controlled from the surface using a topside power unit or ROV pilot.

No need for chains or come-alongs.

Weighing in at 12,500 lbs and 18″ x 14′ x 7′, the SCORPION™ Shear can be used to shear items such as 1-Beams, Hand-Rails, Conductors, Pipelines, Tubings, and Casings.
