Executive

P Gordon Britton – President and CEO

Gordon Britton is the President and CEO of INTEGRA Technologies a leading provider of best in class services and products which detect, prevent and correct leaks in the energy industry. Gord is a professional engineering graduate of the University of Waterloo. With over three decades of experience within the industry, his expertise has allowed him to write and present several papers on bolted gasketed sealing technologies and is the creator of the FlangeTrak™ Leak Prevention Process. He is the co-developer of five patents and patents pending on hydraulic tensioning technology. He has also authored Bolted Joint chapter for the Piping Hand Book, a McGraw Hill publication. Gordon recognizes the responsibility to ensure the safety and reliability of the energy infrastructure that serves our society. INTEGRA Technologies is his instrument for doing so. Gord is an active Rotarian, a world traveler and is committed to global literacy and the education of rural women in advancing nations. He and his wife Josy have six grown children and grandchildren, they make their home on the shores of Lake Huron in Southwestern Ontario.

 

Chuck Overby – Vice President – Sales

Chuck Overby has been passionate about bringing new technology to market since 1983. His career spans several energy industry segments, from chemical handling products for upstream and refinery applications to ultrasound technology for leak detection. Since joining INTEGRA in 2002, Chuck has been working with our engineers and technicians in bringing faster, better, and safer technology to bear on the energy industry’s bolted joints. He has held various roles with INTEGRA from Business Development to VP Operations giving him a 360-degree view of how INTEGRA delivers value to the energy industry. In his current position with INTEGRA, Chuck is Vice-President of Sales. A graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with a degree in Business Administration. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting, travel, and photography.

 

Bill Bouwmeester – Vice President – Finance

Bill has over 25 years of experience in finance and senior management, having worked in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and procurement. He has held senior positions with fast growing companies such as Trudell Medical, Medbuy Corporation and StarTech.com. He has had extensive experience in all aspects of finance including budgeting/forecasting, banking, cash flow, treasury, foreign exchange, taxes, and working capital management.

Bill’s core strengths include aligning financial reporting with business strategy through the development of KPI’s and dashboards, much of this on an international stage. In addition to being very comfortable wearing the finance hat, he has extensive experience managing other functional departments, including IT, HR, Corporate Purchasing, Supply Chain and Logistics. This varied background has given Bill a unique ability to view business cross functionally, bringing insight and leverage to virtually every area of the company. Additionally, he has worked with business owners for companies of all sizes and complexities, from startup to global organizations with operations on several continents.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and holds both a C.I.M. and CA CPA designation.

 

Mark Hollander – Vice President – Operations

Mark Hollander brings over 20 years of engineering, strategy, and business development experience with INTEGRA Technologies and Siemens Energy.

As INTEGRA’s Vice President of Operations, Mark oversees operations, financial performance, and development of human capital, across all North American business units . Serving as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, he also provides strategic input to enable the business to scale and achieve commercial targets. Before joining INTEGRA, Mark served as Director of Nuclear Operations for Siemens, where he led engineering and operations for the Canadian nuclear market. He was instrumental in enhancing regional processes, leveraging a customer-first approach to strengthen relationships with nuclear plants. He also executed the global integration plan for Canadian steam turbines across North America and the UK, improving response times for urgent issues. Earlier in his career, Mark was a District Service Manager for Entergy Nuclear’s southern region, where he led project work on multiple nuclear plants. He also held various field engineering roles, working with equipment including gas and steam turbines, pumps, compressors, and generators. 

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Director

Kris Britton

Kris is a certified Change Management and Project Management Professional with significant experience in people and performance management.  She has a proven ability to harness strategic directions and core values to lead human-centered change and deliver organizational excellence. Kris is passionate about organizational learning and development, employee engagement, talent management, leadership, and culture. She brings her experience in these areas, along with her training in workplace mental health leadership, adult education, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and Crucial Conversations to this role. Kris is a trusted advisor to INTEGRA's Leadership team on human capital. She is focusing on building the People and Culture department to be a strategic partner to the business, fostering a vibrant culture where employees live INTEGRA’s core values and do their best work.

Kris has a Master’s degree in Political Science and is a life-long learner. She enjoys reading, learning languages and spending time with her family.

 

Bob Yarling

Bob Yarling has over three decades experience in financial management.  For the past two decades, he has been involved in the Energy industry, starting with INTEGRA Technologies in 2001. He currently serves as the Director of Finance and is responsible for all aspects of the financial wellbeing of INTEGRA Technologies. Bob’s unique ability in Financial Modelling, combined with a deep understanding of the energy industry has sustained INTEGRA’s continued growth.  He enjoys travel and sports with his children and wife Alicia.

Bob Yarling is an accounting graduate of Duke University.
