P Gordon Britton – President and CEO

Gordon Britton is the President and CEO of INTEGRA Technologies a leading provider of best in class services and products which detect, prevent and correct leaks in the energy industry. Gord is a professional engineering graduate of the University of Waterloo. With over three decades of experience within the industry, his expertise has allowed him to write and present several papers on bolted gasketed sealing technologies and is the creator of the FlangeTrak™ Leak Prevention Process. He is the co-developer of five patents and patents pending on hydraulic tensioning technology. He has also authored Bolted Joint chapter for the Piping Hand Book, a McGraw Hill publication. Gordon recognizes the responsibility to ensure the safety and reliability of the energy infrastructure that serves our society. INTEGRA Technologies is his instrument for doing so. Gord is an active Rotarian, a world traveler and is committed to global literacy and the education of rural women in advancing nations. He and his wife Josy have six grown children and grandchildren, they make their home on the shores of Lake Huron in Southwestern Ontario.

Dave Godfrey – Vice President of Rentals and Services USA

Dave Godfrey is a subject matter expert in offering Joint integrity solutions. His career spans three-decades bringing together people, processes and safer solutions to energy infrastructure all over the world. His work has brought him to Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, North and South America. He first started with INTEGRA Technologies in 2002 as Operations Manager for the Pasadena, Texas location. Across his career, his roles have spanned from Field Technician to his current role of Vice-President of Service and Rentals USA, giving him an outstanding understanding of all aspects of the business. He is a member of the Marine Technology Society, ADC Association of dive contractors and is an officer of Houston Area Rig Riders, raising funds for various charities.

Steve Grewcock – National Operations Manager Canada

Steve Grewcock’s career first started in 1974 as an Apprentice Fitter Machinist in Nottingham, England. His career eventually brought him to Edmonton, where he became qualified as a Canadian Red Seal Journeyman Machinist and Millwright. Steve has been with INTEGRA Technologies since 2003, when he accepted the role of Technical Sales and Business Development, leading to an Operations Management role in Edmonton. He is currently the National Operations Manager directing and coordinating INTEGRA Technologies service operations across Canada ensuring the safety and reliability of the energy industry. He enjoys woodworking, building, and renovations in his free time.

Debbie Jackson – National Rentals Manager USA

Debbie Jackson began her career with INTEGRA in 2003. Since joining the team, her unique and specialized knowledge base has been focused on offshore and subsea bolting, particularly within the Gulf of Mexico marketplace. Holding multiple positions in both sales and marketing. Debbie was promoted to National Rentals Manager in 2015, expanding her scope to both topside and offshore/subsea across the entire USA and Trinidad/Tobago. Debbie is a connector, bringing together people, processes and solutions to the energy infrastructure. She has received professional achievements and awards from ECTIB Mechanical Joint Integrity and Oceaneering Subsea Tieback, alongside being a MTS Board Member. She has a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Information Technology and enjoys volunteering with OTC (Offshore Technology Conference) and RUSH Soccer Club.

Chuck Overby – Vice President of Engineered Products, Marketing, and IT

Chuck Overby has been passionate about bringing new technology to market since 1983. His career spans several segments of the energy industry from chemical handling products for upstream and refinery applications to ultrasound technology. Since joining INTEGRA in 2002 Chuck has been working with our engineers and technicians in bringing faster, better, and safer technology to bear on the energy industry’s bolted joints. He enjoys being involved with introducing disruptive technology to solve long standing industry issues. His current role with INTEGRA Technologies is Vice-President of Engineered Products, Marketing, and IT. Chuck is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a degree in Business Administration. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and photography.

Sherri Thomas – Chief Human Resource and Development Officer

Sherri Thomas’s passion is the development of INTEGRA’s leadership and their teams. She has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 25 years, with 20 of those years with INTEGRA Technologies, where she now serves as Chief Human Resource and Development Officer. She is a certified Human Behavioral Consultant and a certified Coach and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. She works to assess and build optimum work teams. Sherri’s unique ability of clarifying complex issues equips her to provide a full spectrum of leadership training and individual coaching. She delights in empowering individuals and organizations by identifying obstacles and finding solutions to barriers that keep them from maximizing growth potential. She has served as a volunteer, board member and trainer for various non-profit and ministry organizations.

Bob Yarling – Chief Financial Officer

Bob Yarling is an accounting graduate of Duke University. He has over 3 decades experience in financial management. For the past two decades, he has been involved in the Energy industry, starting with INTEGRA Technologies in 2001. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all aspects of the financial wellbeing of INTEGRA Technologies. Bob’s unique ability in Financial Modelling, combined with a deep understanding of the energy industry has sustained INTEGRA’s continued growth. He enjoys travel and sports with his children and wife Alicia.
